Gallt Tor Calon (otherwise, Pen yr Allt) in the parish of Pentraeth; the usual conditions for re-entry in either case if legal right is challenged, and eviction happens.
On the dorse is a statement by Owen Bold that he had received £32 from Jones as "for further consideration of the exchange".
