DescriptionE.W. grants part of Cae Newydd to P.P. in return for part of Cae Maes yr Ebol, because the Pantons were desirous of "turning" the King's highway that ran from Beaumaris to the village of Pentraeth and could not (on account of the intermixingof the respective interests) complete this designwithout the aforesaid exchange. The document is merely a draft, without signing, sealing or names of witnesses.
