TeitlRelease in trust by Hugh ap Hoell ap Thomas and Thomas ap Hugh ap Hoell, son and heir, of all their messuages and tenements in the parish of Pentraeth, for the benefit, first of Hugh ap Hoell during his natural life, secondly, to Thomas ap Hugh his son, then to his eldest son Thomas ap Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten; in default of such, to Arthur ap Thomas ap Hugh and his heirs; in default of such, to Lewis ap Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of his body; in default of such, to Elen vch Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of her body; indefault of such, to the right heirs of Hugh ap Hoell for ever.
DisgrifiadFeofees in trust were Richard Brickdall, clerk [rector of Llanddyfnan since 1565, Chancellor of Bangor since 1570] and Arthur ap Richard ap William, generorus [could he be father of Hugh [ap] Arthur of Pentraeth?]
Witnesses to the sealing (eleven altogether) included Thomas Bulkeley [of Plas Goronwy]; William ap David Lloyd [of Marian Heilin, Llanddyfnan, brother-in-law to Bulkeley]; William ap Ieuan ap Rees [ of Plas Gwyn].
