DescriptionThat the former will convey to W.J. Tir Person Arthur for a consideration of £90 ["one hundred" crossed out]; further agreed between the parties that the said Frances shall upon the present date pass a lease to W.J. upon the aforesaid premises for 1,000 years "to attend and waite upon the freehold and inheritance", and that the consideration money mentioned in the lease is to be part of the larger consideration of £90; also that W.J. is to deposit £79. 5. 0. of the latter consideration with John Wynn of Chwaen Wen until all the parties from Ireland have sealed and executed the conveyance. W.J. has already paid to Frances Peers the £10. 15. 0. consideration money mentioned in the lease (of 1,000 years)
