TitleThe humble petition [of Hugh Wynne Jones] to Dr William Cleaver, Lord Bishop of Bangor
DescriptionDeclares that these four parcels of glebe land belonging to the Prebend were distant from the glebe-house, detached from each other, and intermixed with the lands of Paul Panton of Plas Gwyn. Panton, on the other hand, is owner in fee of certain parcels of land in Penmynydd parish nearly encompassing and immediately adjoining the said glebe-house - these parcels known as Cae'r Persondy and Lleiniau'r Hendy, part of the tenement of Ty Gwyn.
The Prebend parcels proposed to exchange contain about 9 acres, one rood, 39 perches, yearly value £2.12.6 "and no more"; the Ty Gwyn parcels about 6 acres, 35 perches in area, yearly value £2.12.6 "at the least". Panton willing to exchange; H.W.J. prays assent of His Lordship to the execution of the exchange
