Release by John Evans and Peter Evans to James Tully and Anthony Kingsley and Assignment by J.E. and P.E. to Edward Pincke and Henry Monger in trust for James Tully, of the residue of the term of 500 years in the capital messuage called Pentre in the township of Corvedwen [Corfedwen], the messuage called Tythin y Nant in Corvedwen, two messuages called Y Wern and Tythin Anne Owen in Corvedwen and Bankar, two messuages called Pen Issa yr Wain and Tythin Margaret Parry in Corvedwen, Llan and Ystrad, the messuage called Pen y Wain in Corvedwen, the messuage called Colledge in Corvedwen and a cottage called Castell y Wain in Corvedwen
Consideration, £1000.

Recites how that Thomas Roberts of Corvedwen in 4 June 1684 mortgaged the premises for 500 years to Peter Evans of London, the said John Evans's father and how that P.E. later purchased the equity of redemption and the inheritance of the premises from the said Roberts. P.E. by his will dated 25 August 1701, nominated his wife Elizabeth and his son John Evans as joint executors.
