"15 Jan. 1784 Stamps for the new burgesses..."115.17.0"
"2 March 1784 Entertainment of Mr Holland's tenants and admission fee..."
Date15 October 1782-2 March 1784
AdminHistoryThis is the election in which the two factious Glynllifon brothers, Lord Newborough and Glyn Wynn, figured as the contestants, the latter, with the help it seems of the Plas Newydd interest, defeating the former by 490 votes to 410. anotable feature of the election is the wholesale creation by both parties of non-resident burgesses.
