Memorandum of an agreement after the marriage of the said Robert Davies and Dorothes, sister of the said Sir Nicholas Bayly, whereby R.D. agrees to settle of the said Dorothea by way of jointure an annuity of £300 or lands to the value of £400 p.a. in the county of Denbigh; also agrees in case his son by his first marriage, John Davies, dies without male issue, to settle the reversion of all his estate on his son by his wife Dorothea with provisions in default of such issue |
