| Description | John Evans was party to a chancery action affecting this estate in 1810-1812 and among the papers arising out of it are administration accounts which explain his connection with it. Most of the other papers deal with the sale of timber and properties in 1805, 1808 amd 1810, though the rent gatherer's accounts for 1779-1781 have been preserved are in rather a dilapidated condition |
