| Description | The students record sheets gives basic information on their personal background, education history, prior employment, entrance and college examinations for both years (in secular subjects and divinity with grades and classifications), absences, conduct, employment status and salary after leaving college.
The loose papers include correspondences by students who have left regarding their employment situation, new positions and salaries obtained, and their current addresses. Others are explanations of absences from college due to sicknesses by current students and one who has failed her course.
There are also lists and notes detailing the junior and senior students’ examinations with the marks, grades and classes given for the various subjects. |
