Date15 November 1682
AdminHistoryThe Pedigrees (p. 212) have no reference whatsoever to the three daughters aforesaid, but do name Dorothy and Gaynor which have no place in the documents of 1682. Cadwaladr was heir to the Vaughan of Glasfryn, while David V., one of the trustees, was his younger brother, soon to be promoted from Averham in Notts. to Flething in Sussex; Hugh Prichard, another trustee, son of Richard Hughes of Clynnog, was rector of Normanton in Notts. The two trustees for the younger children were even more interesting - John Gunnis the elder, rector of Llanengan, and John Rowlands, the London banker who built Plas-y-Nant in Bettws Garmon, and grandfather of Emma, Viscountess Bulkeley of Baron Hill [wife of the sixth Viscount] - see Pedigrees 289, 297
