AdminHistoryThis must have been the elder Hugh Lloyd of Trallwyn who died in January 1743-4. John Lloyd, the London chemist was a man of considerable wealth with his place of business at Coventry Street in the parish of St. Jamesl; he was able to bequeath £5,000 worth of stock to a niece, besides other considerable bequests to other relatives (see his will of 2 July 1772 in the Dinam Papers, 241)
