Lease of three closes, two whereof are called Gweirglodd Cae Glan r'afon, extending in length from a common called Gweyn y Morva eastward, to Ffrith Bach westward, and in breadth from Avon Berri southward, to the highway leading from Conway to Bronlledreth northward; and the other close, Cae Cregin, adjoining on the town lands called Gyffredin, southward to another messuage called Cae Cregin northward, and in breadth from another part of the said Cae Cregin and Tuthin Bach eastward, and to the highway leading from Conway to Talycafn westward; also, two plots of void ground on one of which a house called Bryn y Castle is lately built, and extending in length from the town wall southward to the Town Hall northward, and in breadth from the Castle wall eastward to Master Wynne of Bodysgallen's orchard westward; and the other of the said plots being a void dingle adjoining the holding of Robert Lloyd eastward, and the lane leading to the horse Mill westward; also a parcel of land called Morva Bach extending in length from the Salt Mill and dam eastward to the brook called Avon Gyffin north and westward, and the said Edward Holland's lands southward; rent 20/-; term 21 years.
