The Committee do not yet find themselves in a position to say that any one of the places proposed for the New College has established such an incontestable superiority as would lead to an unanimous decision in its favour. They therefore propose to hold meetings throughout North Wales to call forth geenral enthusiasm on higher education and to ascertain the extent to which the interest of each locality can be relied upon to support the movement. |
