| Description | Is surprised and disappointed to hear that Cefn Stone will be used to construct the new University building, mostly because he was of the impression that the [Building] Committee had initially unanimously decided upon using Gwespyr stone [from Talacre]. They had already spent a large amount of money in readiness and fail to understand how the [Building] Committee could compare Talacre Stone with that of Cefn. He can only think that the Committee have gone for cheapness instead of quality. |
