Settlement (before the marriage of the said Tomkyns Dew and Ann Styleman) of an annuity of £200 on the said Ann Styleman for life in addition to an annuity or rent charge of £400 to which the said Ann shall become entitled after the death of the said Tomkyns Dew in accordance with the terms of the will of Mary Bourne, late of St. George Hanover Square who bequeathed the manors of Whitney and Clifford etc., in trust to the said Tomkyns Dew. |
