Description | Inter alia, gives to his son Tomkyns Dew, on whom his estate in Herefordshire is settled, the fee farm rent which he purchased of Government, and payable out of this estate. Appoints his executors as guardians of his son and directs that his maintenance and education be paid out of the rents and profits of the said estate. Further desires that his son at the age of 16 years, instead of going to the University, be articled for five years to a conveyancer and attorney of eminence in the county of Norfolk. |
