1956 - Deed of lease by John Salcot alias Capon, Lord Bishop of Bangor, to William, son of Rowland Bulkeley, upon all the messuages, tenements and rents in co. Anglesey of the Bangor church lands except those of Talyllyn and Treflesg; 20 years at a yearly rent of £20.10.10. notwithstanding that Talyllyn and Treflesg belong as of right to the Bishop and his successors, yet they are let separately to William Bulkeley - 28/4 yearly for Talyllyn and 21/6 yearly for Treflesg
