1956 - Deed of lease by John Salcot alias Capon, Lord Bishop of Bangor, to William, son of Rowland Bulkeley, upon all the messuages, tenements and rents in co. Anglesey of the Bangor church lands except those of Talyllyn and Treflesg; 20 years at a yearly rent of £20.10.10. notwithstanding that Talyllyn and Treflesg belong as of right to the Bishop and his successors, yet they are let separately to William Bulkeley - 28/4 yearly for Talyllyn and 21/6 yearly for Treflesg

1957-8 - Final concord at the Beaumaris Great Sessions between Sir Richard Bulkeley [first] and Sir William Norris regarding 12 messuages, 200 acres, &c. in Beaumaris, Twrcelyn, Llanfaes, Llandegfan

1964 - Extension of lease granted by Sir Richard Bulkeley to Rowland Owen ap Hugh upon the fourth part of the "farme" of Llannol, which he had already held for 14 years; new term, 4 years, at a yearly rent of £14

1965 - Copy of a Writ to William Griffith, esq., Sheriff of Anglesey, to return one knight and one burgess to represent Anglesey in the Parliament to be held on February 6, 1625-6

1966 - Declaration by John Owen of Bodior by Rhoscolyn that he has granted and confirmed to Richard Bulkeley of Baron Hill, esq., an annuity or yearly rent of 5/- issuing out: of the messuages of the said J.0. in the county of Anglesey
