4605-9 - Five papers relating to negotiations between Lord Bulkeley and John Griffith of Llanfairisgaer [son of Hugh Griffith of Brynodol and High Sherrif of co. Carn. In 1813], for the purchase of property in Caernarvon, especially over the objection of J.G. to release the pews at St Mary's appurtenant to the premises on the ground that many of his ancestors were buried there, and whose monuments were in close vicinity thereunto
4610-10A - Release in fee by John Griffith, esq., to Lord Bulkeley, of a messuage and garden in Newgate Street, Caernarvon; consideration, £650. Preceded by a lease under the Statute of Uses (11 May)
4611-8 - Three documents relating to the wills of Robert Coytmore of Pwllheli (1 February, 1799), and Mary Coytmore of Abergele (proved on 22 May, 1812), brother and sister. Probably descendants of the Coetmors of Llanllechid, but there is no definite proof apart from legacies to the Hollands of Conway (whose Coetmor associations lay back in the 17th century). Accompanying there are five receipts by beneficaries under the will of Robert Coytmore (dated September 1-3, 1802)
4619-23 - Five documents dealing with transactions between Thomas Parry Jones Parry, esq., and Lord Bulkeley, relating to lands in the parish of Llanbeblig

4634-7 - Four letters relating to the seriously dilapidated state of the parish church of Beddgelert, three from Bishop Majendie (October 8, 1827 - February 5, 1828) amd one in the previous July from one of the churchwardens; both appeal to Sir Robert Williams, as a prominent landowner, to set an example with his subscription
4638-40 - Case of ejectment at Bachwen by Clynnog, three documents. A farmer badly in arrear with his rent, prevails upon two other farmers to be sureities for him; the agent of Sir Robert Williams mistakenly entered all three names on the rental, and there is ground to think he entered the three names on the notice of ejectment. The Attorney General, whose opinions was asked, stated that (in these circumstances) an ejectment order against one could not be made effectice (April 14, 1829)

4643 - Assignment and ratification by John Parry, mariner, and Thoams Hughes, gent., to Owen Jones, gent., of a mortgage for 500 years of premises in the parishes of Bettws Garmon and Llanfairisgaer, for securing £800 and interest
4644 - Difficulties over the building of the Gwryd Road (does this mean the road to Penygwryd through Nant Gwynant?); letter to Mr Thomas Williams, Baron Hill estate agent, from six tenants
