1 - Assignment of a lease by John Griffith ap Llywelyn ap Hoell of Trefarthen, to William Hampton, upon Cae'r gro, cae'r ffwrn and tir bach in the commote of Menai.
2 - Release by William Hampton of Henllys to his son Edward of a messuage in Rotten Row, ward of Church Street in Beaumaris, for the use and behoof of Edward and his wife, Margaret Morgan, daughter of Morgan Williams of Beaumaris, deceased; in default of heirs to them, then to the use of William Hampton the younger; in default, to his brother Robert.
3-4 - Copy of the settlement made on the marriage of Richard Hampton of Henllys - the second of the name, usually known as Richard Hampton of Caernarfon - with Elin, daughter of Thomas Williams of Vaynol; feofees in trust were Elin's two brothers, William Williams of Vaynol and Simon Williams of Wig; arrangements for jointure and succession, all to be completed by a fine at Great Sessions (HEN/4)

13-23 - Documents relating to the sale of Caeau Ffowc and Cae Mawr 'alias' Cae Eithin, situate in Llanfaes and St. Katharine's, but within the liberties of the borough of Beaumaris, by the Hamptons of Henllys to Sir Thomas Holland of Berw: lease and release bonds of obligation receipt, etc.
24 - Document re. gravestone containing the following statement "William Hampton of Henllys daughter Laura married John Williams Esq. Bodafon (information) given by Mrs Mason. Her (Laura's) gravestone is in the church yard Bodafon Church (Penrhoslligwy)"
25 - Indenture quadrupartite by which Robert Hampton of Henllys, in redemption of a mortgage debt of £236.6.0. he owed to Coningsby Williams of Penmynydd, agrees to place the whole Henllys and Bodgylched patrimony, with all tenemants and appurtenances in Beaumaris, in the hands of trustees to secure jointure for his wife Jane and make provision for his children
26 - Feoffment of the Henllys lands in trust; Robert Hampton (the third) to Price Maurice of Ruthin. Lease of possession
27 - Copy of the last will and testament of (the third) Robert Hampton of Henllys
28 - Deed of lease by Mary Hampton of Henllys (widow of the third Robert Hampton) and Robert Hughes the younger of Castellior, to Henry Williams the younger of Llangoed, upon certain ancillary interests at Henllys Term : 11 years at £33 a year
