112 - Deed of mortgage by John Jones of Trefollwyn (who was to marry Mary, daughter and heiress of the third Robert Hampton of Henllys), to Anne Lloyd of Tyn Llwydan, spinster, upon Bwlch y Fen in the parishes of Heneglwys and Bodwrog; consideration, £200.
113-4 - Indenture (16th March, 1743-4) by Robert Owen of Marian (Heilyn) to John Jones of Trefollwyn; bargain and sale of certain lands in the parish of Llanddyfnan.
115 - Lease of Bwlch-y-fen in Heneglwys by John Jones of Henllys to Owen Griffith, labourer; 50 years, "if they both shall live so long"; £20 a year. Document broken. Dated 27th April, 1753.

119 - Document relating to the ancient tan-house in Wrexham Street, Beaumaris which testifies that the property was leased by J.J. to John Edmunds of Beaumaris, joiner for the term of 3 lives at the rent of 10/- a year
120 - Deed of lease upon the Marian (Heilyn) lands in Llanddyfnan, acquired in 1744 from Robert Owen (HEN/113-114), by John Jones of Henllys, to John Edwards of Pant y Cennedle, parish of Llanrwst for the term of 11 years, at £90 a year. £20 of this reserved rent was to be paid to the widow of the aforesaid Robert Owen, now living at Beaumaris.
121-3 - Lease of possession, together with the release of certain messuages and tenements in the parish of Llanddona by John Jones of Henllys, to Owen Lewis of Hafod-y-llyn Bach by Amlwch, yeoman - Pen-y-cefn, Melin Llanddona, Porth y Fynwent, and Tyddyn Luce.
