59 - Deed of lease by John Lloyd, rector of Llandegfan to Lewis ap John ap Richard, upon Tyddyn yn y Graig, to hold in as large and as ample a manner as Thomas ap Hugh ap Rees and before him one Owen ap John alias Glover held it; 21 years; 5/6 a year.
