123-4 - Indenture of release by Madog ap Harri of Llanwnda and William ap Madog his son to Richard Evans, Master of Arts of Tyddyn y Felin Gafnog now in the tenure of Margaret vch Morris; Tyddyn Dol Gehelyn (Dol Guhelyn?) now in the tenure of Gwenllian vch Dafydd Meredydd, widow; Cae Newydd, tenure of William Williams, esquire; Wern or Werglodd Ddofn, held by Elen vch David ap John and Hugh ap Robert; also Y Tir Gwag uwchlaw y Ffordd Fawr, Y Tir Gwag islaw, Erw y Kinen (Cynnen?), or Knien (Cneuen?), and Tir Hugh ap William ap Griffith ap Hulkyn, tenure of Hugh ap John ap Robert - all in Dinlle.
125-6 - Release by Morgan ap Hugh Lewis, "free tenant of the Lord Bishop of Bangor", to Madoc ap Harri ap Thomas of Tyddyn y Cae Mawr in Llanwnda, together with its mill; on the next day Madoc ap Harri released it to Richard Evans (M.A. of Elernion). William Glynne of Glynllifon and Thomas Williams of Vaenol (Thomas ap William ap William), with others, were present at the livery and seisin in both cases.
127 - Exemplification of an action relating to title to lands enrolled in the Great Sessions of Caernarfonshire at Conwy, 22 September 1600. Nicholas Roberts versus Richard Evans. 3 messuages, 3 tofts, 3 gardens, 50 acres land, 20 acres meadow, 50 acres pasture, 10 acres wood, 20 acres underwood in Dinlle. Warranties: Thomas ap John ap Richard; Ffoulk Langley.
128 - Deed of mortgage, with the necessary procedure at the Caernarfonshire Great Sessions, by Robert Evans of Caernarfon to Andrew Brereton of Llanfairisgaer, upon a small estate in the township of Dinlle, once the property of Richard Evans, M.A., rector of Llanaelhaiarn.
129 - Release in trust by Andrew Brereton and Eleanor his wife of tenements in Llanwnda and one in the parish of Llanrhychwyn

134-43 - Gradual surrender of the Llanwnda lands : Andrew Brereton's bond to William Hughes (HENB/134); warrants of attorney; assignments of mortgage by Rice Brereton, finally to William Evans of Vaenol (HENB/141); the next step was to arrange articles of agreement for an absolute sale to William Evans (HENB/143), this on 25 January 1742-3. The actual release has not been preserved, but it looks as if the original group of lands had shrunk down to Ty Hên and Buarth Cerrig. Consideration, £350.
