147 - Record of transaction by which John Prytherch of Penmynydd suffers a deed of "recovery" at Great Sessions for his holdings of Cerrig Gwyddel, Cae Rhos, quillet of Llain y Gorslwyd, Ty'r Llwynog, Bwlch y Cloddie, Ty Calch, Melin Bach and others, parish of Llangristiolus.
148 - Lease by William Smith of South Tidworth, county of Southampton, to Charles Evans of Trefeilir, upon various properties in the town of Caernarfon, chiefly in Stryd y Llyn (Pool Street)40 shillings per annum rent; term, longest liver of three lives (brothers Charles, Richard, and William) plus 21 years after the death of the last survivor.
