1033 - Memorandum that John Owen of Penrhos, esq. has on behalh of William Williams, esq., recorder of Chester, set and let to Margaret Owen of Llan-beylan, co. Anglesey, widow, a messuage, tenement and lands of the said William Williams called Tythyn pen-y-bryn and yr hen Bandy in Trewalchmay.

1034 - A note in the hand of John Owen of Penrhos concerning the farm of the rectory of Holyhead.

1035 - A note of Owen Roberts his demands from Mr Wm. Wms. & ought to have bin delivered him by them at Cayrey the 20th day of October 1683.

1042 - A note from Pierce Jones of Rhosgolyn, co. Anglesey, gent. And John Jones of Maen y Druw, his son and heir, requesting John Owen of Penrhos to deliver to Katherine Roberts, wife of Owen Roberts of Beaumaris, gent. All the writings delivered in trust to the said John Owen by the said Pierce Jones.

1043 - Receipt from Thomas Woodfin of Holie Head, tailor, Ellen Woodfin of Bodedern, spinster, and Robert Griffith of Holie Head, yeoman, to John Owen, esq. for £4.3s. each or £12.9s. in all which was received by J.O. from Hugh Griffith, gent., deputy sheriff of Anglesey, in settlement of all legacies, debts, & c due to them under the will of Thomas Woodfin, gent., deceased.
