3 - Release by Rees ap Thomas ap David Bangor [for Bangor in the nature of a surname, see several of the Meillionydd documents in the Nannau collection, and also Pedigrees, 166, 386] to Meredith ap Ieuan ap Robert [then of Llanfairisgaer, afterwards of Nant Conwy, ancestor of the Wynns of Gwydir] of Tyddyn y Tay (sic) Penglog and all his rights and interests "inter aquam de Saynt [ Seiont] and Meney [Menai]", whatsoever such an ambiguous description might mean exactly. 8 - Complete release of a messuage called Tyddyn Llwyn Howell in the township of Penmaen, co. Merioneth, by William Lloyd ap Elisse of Llangower to Roderick ap Morgan David, in performance of an award or arbitrament by Dr. Ellis Price [Y Doctor Coch] and published on 15 March, 1575-6.
9 - Release in trust by Hugh ap Hoell ap Thomas and Thomas ap Hugh ap Hoell, son and heir, of all their messuages and tenements in the parish of Pentraeth, for the benefit, first of Hugh ap Hoell during his natural life, secondly, to Thomas ap Hugh his son, then to his eldest son Thomas ap Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten; in default of such, to Arthur ap Thomas ap Hugh and his heirs; in default of such, to Lewis ap Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of his body; in default of such, to Elen vch Thomas ap Hugh and the heirs of her body; indefault of such, to the right heirs of Hugh ap Hoell for ever.

11 - Bond of obligation in £120 by Richard Bulkeley of Porthamel to Rowland Owen ap Jenkyn to observe the terms of a deed of assignment.
12 - Release by Hugh ap Rees ap David ap Howell of Pentraeth "in consideration of the entyer love and natural affection which I beare towards Owen Hughes my sonne as also for and in consideration of the some of one hundred pounds to me....payd...by the said Owen" of all his personal property, utensils, household stuff, horses, kine, oxen, sheep, &c.
13 - Terms of an award made by Henry ap Ieuan Lloyd and John Parkynson upon differences that had arisen between Robert [Robart] Wynne of Conway and Owen Wynne, co. Denbigh, over the proper division of the rents and profits of the rectory of Eglwysrhos.
14 - Deed of surrender [quit-claim] of all his lands in the parish of Pentraeth by Hugh ap Rees ap David ap Howell to his son Owen Hughes.

Carn., and Rowland Owen of Llansadwrn [Ucheldre], from Sir Edward Herbert of Montgomery [the later first Lord Herbert of Chirbury] and Dame Mary his wife.
17 - Release of the John Hughes' messuage and Tyddyn Llywelyn Goch in the parish of Pentraeth by Edward ap Rees Wyn of Maesoglan and Hugh, his son and heir, to Thomas Jones.
18 - Bond of obligation in £100 by Edward ap Rees Wyn of Maesoglan, and Hugh ap Edward ap Rees, son and heir, to Thomas Jones of Pentraeth, to observe the terms of an indenture of mortgage of equal date on the messuage in which John Hughes now dwelleth and the tenement called Tyddyn Llywelyn Goch; limit of redemption, feast of All Saints in 1614; amount of payment £16.16.0 to be paid at the common or usual door of the dwelling-house of J.H., between 1 and 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
19 - Declaration (in the form of a release) by Owen David ap Rees of Pentraeth that all his lands and tenements should continue and remain in the possession of his daughter Elizabeth and the right heirs of her body, naming especially " the mansion house wherein I nowe dwell" called Treithel; in default of issue to Elizabeth, then to Margaret Owen [probably a daughter, but not specifically referred to as such] and her right heirs for ever.
20 - Release by Margaret Powell, late wife of Thomas Powell of Skeiviog, co.Fflint, in consideration of a sum of money paid to her and Thomas Powell [her son?, doct. torn], by William Jones, of a parcel of land, 1/12 acres in extent in the township of Gellilyfdy.
21 - Final Release by Hugh ap Edward ap Rees of Maesoglan [Mossoglen], son and heir of Edward ap Rees Wynn, to Thomas Jones of Pentraeth, son of John Hughes, of the messuage now held by John Hughes, and also Tyddyn Llywelyn Goch.
22 - Bond of obligation in £500 by Robert Griffith Lloyd of Treflesg to Evan Lloyd [M.A., of Carne, clericus] to observe the terms of a pair of indentures bearing equal date in which Lewis ap Ieuan Lloyd and the said R.G.L. were one party and Evan LLoyd the other.

57 - Deed of conveyance of Tyddyn Y Vach, Tyddyn Robert ap Evan Lloyd, Tyddyn Cowperiad [or Pen y Grug], Tyddyn y Crythion [Cryddion] or Bryn Cockyn, Tyddin Eithin, and Tyddyn William Owen - all in the parish of Llangristiolus - from the Right Hon. Marcus Trevor, Lord Viscount Dungannon in the Kingdom of Ireland, to William Jones of Plas Gwyn, the Viscount being heir of Anne Trevor, late Viscountess Dowager Dungannons who herself was sole heiress of the Presaddfedd estate [until it was sold by the Dungannons to John Owen of Cremlyn]. The consideration of £51 did not go to the pockets of Viscount Dungannon, but was merely a part-payment of his many debts to various mortgagees in London and North Ireland - in this doct. are many particulars of the indentures by which he was securely bound.
58 - Complementary document to PG/57 by which William Jones covenants to pay £244.16.0. (and does pay, see receipt on dorse) to another Lord Dungannon's creditors as part and parcel of the purchase agreement for Llangristiolus tenements of the Presaddfed estate.
59 - Indenture between Owen Jones of Pentraeth, Catherine his wife (one part), and William Jones of Pentraeth and Rowland Hughes of the same (other part); arrangements for procedure at Great Sessions to dock entails, etc. on Hendre Ithel (sometimes called Treithol and sometimes Ty Mawr) , Tyddyn Ty'n Lon, &c. in the parish of Pentraeth, in order to transfer the ownership to William Jones. Witnesses: Hugh Jones; Griffith Simon [clerk]; William Jones, smith.
60 - Lease for six months, under the Statute of Uses, by Owen Roberts of Caerau to William Jones [the elder] of Plas Gwyn of Trayan, otherwise called Tyddyn y Crythion [Cryddion], parish of Llangristiolus, formerly part of the esate of Ann, Late Viscountess Dowager Dungannon [Ann Lewis of Presaddfed], and lately purchased by Owen Roberts from [her son] Marcus, Lord Viscount Dungannon and others [his creditors]

62 - Bond of obligation (11 Nov. 1697) in £260 by Owen Jones of Pentraeth and John Jonesson and heir to William Jones of Plas Gwyn, to observe the terms of an indenture of release bearing date 5 May 1691
63 - Covenant to levy a fine at Great Sessions on the messuages and tenemants in the parish of Llangristiolus purchased by William Jones in 1694 from Lord Dungannon; fine to be levied for the use and behoof of John Owen of Cremlyn, whose sister Jane was the wife of W.J. John Williams of Chwaen Isa (later Ty Fry and sheriff of Anglesey in 1701) is named as a party. Amongst the witnesses were Edmund Fitzgerald [of Bodowyr], William Owen [of Cremlyn], and William Lloyd [of Llansadwrn].
64 - Deed of exchange between Owen Bold of Tre'rddol and William Jones of Plas Gwyn. W.J. conveys to O.B. Cae William Bevan and Cae'r Waun, Cae Cam [or Cain?], Cae Ffynnon Goeg, all in the parish of "Llanbedr Mathavarne wion"; O.B. conveys to W.J. Gallt Tor Calon (otherwise, Pen yr Allt) in the parish of Pentraeth; the usual conditions for re-entry in either case if legal right is challenged, and eviction happens. On the dorse is a statement by Owen Bold that he had received £32 from Jones as "for further consideration of the exchange". Witnesses : Elizabeth Williams of Llaneilian, widow; Thomas Shore; Rich. Parry.

66 - Lease for six months, under the Statute of Uses, of the moiety of Tyddyn David Goch in the several parishes of Pentraeth and Llangoed, by Rowland Williams of Llandyfnan, yeoman, Elizabeth his wife, and Thomas Williams Tregaian, weaver, to Wiliam Jones [the elder] of Plas Gwyn
67 - Bargain and sale of Tyddyn David Goch in the several parishes of Llangoed and Pentraeth, "or in one of them", consideration £21, by Rowland Williams of Llandyfnan, Elizabeth his wife, and Thomas Williams of Tregaian, weaver, to William Jones of Pentraeth [Plas Gwyn]. Transaction to be regularised by at Great Sessions.
68 - Deed of mortgage on Prys Iorwerth, township of Trefdraeth Wastrodion, parish of Cerrig Ceinwen, by John Davies the elder to David Davies of Plas Newydd, yeoman, his second son; consideration, £60; limit of redemption, 1704
69 - Bond of obligation in £120 by John Davies the elder of Cerrig Ceinwen, and John Davies, son and heir, to David Davies of Plas Newydd, his second son, to observe an indenture of lease of equal date, and pay £60 to D.D. on 14 July, 1704.
70 - Deed of exchange of lands between John Griffith of Llanddyfnan and William Jones of Plas Gwyn; W.J. releases to J.G. Cefn Carrog (in the holding of William Bevan), quillet called Cae Tros y Lon (held by Margaret Hughes, widow), quillet called Tir tan ben y fan, "lyeing in the Mill pond in the land of the said J.G." (held by Richard Lloyd) - all in the parish of Llanddyfnan; J.G. grants to W.J. the messuage of Adwy Goch, bordering on messuage of Cefn Iwrch on one side and on commons called Mynydd Llanfair on the other, in the holding of Hugh Thomas; also a quillet bordering on Cefn Iwrch in the holding of W.J. himself, both in Llanfair M.E. ; provision for re-entry in case of bad title and eviction by due course of law. This must be John Griffith IX, High Sheriff in 1709.
71 - Lease upon Cefn Iwrch and Adwy Goch (except the house and garden of the same) for 10 years at a yearly rent of £6.10.0. , by William Jones of Plas Gwyn to Hugh Jones of Llangefni, carpenter. W.J. to put premises in tenantable repair, H.J. to maintain them as such.
72 - Agreement between William Jones [the elder] of Plas Gwyn, on the one part, and Grace Lloyd of Llangoed, and her eldest son Richard Thomas on the other; for £117.10.0. Grace and Richard are to convey to W.J. the messuage of Pen y Bryn and Cae Bryn y Mawn in Pentraeth, the latter to include its appurtenances of gardens and "the Hill thereto belonging"; fine and recover to be levied at Great Sessions"
73 - Bond of obligaion of £160 by John Davies of Cerrig Ceinwen and John Davies, junior, son and heir, to Richard Williams of Beaumaris, to observe the terms of an indeneture tripartite of equal date and pay R.W. £87.7.0 on certain definite days mentioned in that document, at the Shire Hall in Beaumaris. David Davies of Plas Newydd, second son of J.D. , a party to the indenture.
74 - Quit-claim by Rowland Jones of Treffos, executor of the will of Catherine Wynn of Treffos, widow, deceased, of all actions, causes, etc. against Catherine Jones of London, spinster. Recital of "variances and differences". [On the dorse are some learned legal notes that do not seem to bear on the "variances" within]
75 - Lease for six months, under the statute of uses, by William Jones the elder [of Plas Gwyn], and William Jones the younger of Inner Temple, London, eldest son and heir-apparent, to William Bold of Llanedwen upon Plas Gwyn, and all the messuages, tenemnets, and lands which had either been acquired by W.J.,or had descended to him from his father Rowland. Its one importance is to give a convenient summary of the Plas Gwyn possesions at this date
76 - Lease for six months under statute of uses, by Thomas Roberts of Beaumaris , Elizabeth Owen of Bodiar (relict of John Owen) , Margaret Owen of Bodier, spinster (only daughter and heir of John Owen) , of the moiety of Penrorsedd in the parish of Llangefni, together with messuages and tenements [all specifically named, together with the tenants] in the parishes of Llandegfan , Llangristiolus, Cerrig Ceinwen, and other parishes, including the capitals messuage of Bodier itself, to William Jones of Plas Gwyn
