109 - Indenture of division of lands purchased by Gabriel Roberts and Hugh Arthur, two merchants of Beaumaris, out of the hereditaments of Dame Mary Herbert, wife of Sir Edward Herbert of Montgomery

112 - A somewhat difficult document to decipher or to understand its purport, because of its fearfully poor condition, doubled, faded, torn. It seems to be a 'noate or memorandum of' a transaction in Pentraeth lands, mainly small parcels and closes, between Hugh Arthur the elder, the Beaumaris merchant, and Hugh David ap Rees of Pentraeth, "aged 85 yeares" [to be distinguished from Hugh ap Rees ap David (PG/12 and PG/14), a member of the collateral (and elder) branch of the Plas Gwyn family.
113 - Deed to lead the uses of a fine and recovery at Great Sessions on various messuages and tenements in the parishes of Llanddyfnan, Pentraeth and Trevor by Hugh Arthur of Gray's Inn [son and heir of Hugh Arthur, late of Pentraeth, deceased] and Ellen Arthur, mother of the said Hugh, in order that Richard Jones, citizen and merchant tailor of London, should eventually stand seised of them.
114 - Acquittance by Hugh Arthur; has received £5 from Richard Jones of Llim (sic) Street, merchant tailor
115 - Power of attorney given by John Greene of Falmouth, commander of H.M. Ship Spanish Alliance, and Jane, his wife, to Amerideth (sic) Workman of the county of Armagh to enter the possessions of the late Rev. John Arthur, D.D., in the island of Anglesey, survey them with exactness, and sell them to such persons for such sum and sums of money as shall be thought most meet and convenient "to the utmost and best comodity and profitt of the said John Green and Jane", hand over deeds, and issue acquittances
