5933 - Copy Petition of John Thomas, tenant of Hen Drevor [pa. Llansadwrn], to the Marquess of Anglesey. Having built a substantial farm house and improved the land, his capital is now exhausted and requests that the rent be fixed at a rate that is payable by him
