789 - Letters Patent of George, Prince of Wales, appointing William Lewis, Esq., seneschal and keeper of the Court Leet and View of Frankpledge in the commote of Menai.
790 - Court Rolls of the Court Leet, View of Frankpledge and Court Baron of Sir Hugh Williams, Bart., (of Nant and Penrhyn), Lord of the Manor of Nanhwynan; 1781-1792; 1794. The court sat at Beddgelert in the house of one Anne Jones up to 1789, and afterwrds at the house of Williams Williams. Contents include names of the jury and suitors; particulars of presentments, etc.
