1 - The Case of the manors of Whitney and Clifford in the county of Hereford", submitted by Robert Price, esq. who holds a fourth part of the said manors by virtue of his marriage with Lucy, daughter of Robert Rodd, esq., who married Ann Whitney one of the daughters and coheiresses of Thomas Whitney. Recites the descent of the manors from the time of Sir Robert Whitney (c. 16 James I). Robert Price states that he has sold his fourth part to Mr. Wardour and desires to know whether there are any doubts as to the title.
