1 - Account of the rent duties and chief rent due [from the lordship of Bolgoed the Priory lordship, St John the Evangelist, Scethrog Modrudd and Penkelly, co. Brecon] to Sir Thomas Williams, Bart. [of Elham, co. Kent; cr. bart. 1674; son of Thomas Williams of Talyllyn, co. Brecon] for Michaelmas 1699 and Lady Day 1700 and in the collection of Henry Williams. Also includes sundry disbursements for the said Henry Williams, and an account of legal costs in connection with two suits (i) between Sir Thomas Williams and Henry Cornwall, esq., in Chancery and (ii) between Sir Thomas Williams and one Phillips "in Dutchy Chamber".
