<dc:title>Papers relative to Friars' School Bangor</dc:title>
  <dc:description>Bundles I-XVI.
Almost exclusively composed of letters addressed to Sir Henry Lewis, as member of the governing body (both of Old and New Friars').
Taken as a whole this collection gives an excellent insight into the problems of administration with which a Governing Body have to cope-capitation fees, reports on discipline, negotiations between the local governors and the county education committee. In the later bundles there is considerable correspondene over the building of New Friars.</dc:description>
