Surrender and release by Thomas, Lord Bulkeley to Richard B., son and heir, of certain specified messuages and tenements in Anglesey, "for the better enabling of the said R.B. to convey the messuages … to such uses and in such sorte as is agreed between them". On the dorse is a memo, that seisin was executed by "one part of these presents" and the "haspe" of the door of the messuage of Court Mawr in the name of all the others 29 December 1648
