Deed of lease by Thomas, Viscount Bulkeley, to Hugh Kenrick of Coedana upon the messuage and tenements of Bodafon in the townships of Llysdulas and Bodafon for 21 years at a yearly rent of twelve pence (but the consideration was £180). This lease was made pursuant to a power given to Lord Bulkeley by an indenture tripartite (30 Dec.,1648) to make such demises, under very serious and stringent reservations, in order to provide properly for the portions of his daughters, or to pay his debts, as the case might be 2 February 1648-1649
