Disanulment by Sir Richard Bulkeley [third Knight] of the indenture of 16 Aug., 1585, by which he had reserved the manors of Whatcroft, Cheadle and Tympley in the co. Palatine of Chester to his own use for the term of his natural life, and after his decease to certain other uses and limitations thereunder specified. Judging from the names of two witnesses at the foot, this must have reference to the marriage of his son Richard to Anne, daughter of Sir Thomas Wilford of Kent, though the signatures seem to have the form Wilsforde 1 June 1607
