<dc:title>Deed of assignment, with counterpart, by Sir Robert Banastre of Passenham, Northants, to Sir Thomas Wilford of Yelding in Kent, of certain Crown interests in the townships of Llannol, Amlwch, &c.; full consideration, £1,778.</dc:title>
<dc:description>It is worth repeating that Sir Thomas Wilford was father-in-law to Sir Richard Bulkeley the younger, eldest son of Sir Richard the elder by his second marriage. Regarding the consideration, £550 had been paid before ensealing, £688 was to be paid before 20 Feb.,1625-6, £540 before 20 Febr.,1626-7. On the dorse of the indenture is a memo, that the £540 was paid on 20 Febr.,1626-7, the £688 having been paid before (docts. 48-49); on the dorse of the counterpart is an altogether inaccurate description that the assignment was to Banastre, instead of being to Wilford</dc:description>
