Last will and testament of Katherine Goodyeare, widow of Robert Goodyeare of High Greave, co. Chester, sister of Humphrey and Frances Bulkeley. Complains of divers troubles and charges she was exposed to on account of her husband's debts, and of enforced sale of her property; legacies to several of the Hall family, her sister Lucy having married one of them, to her sister Frances, and to Humphrey (also named executor). The fact that she bequeaths a small sum to her eldest sister Dorothy disposes of Ormerod's supposition that Dorothy died in 1666 (Hist. Cheshire, III, 629).
