Grant and confirmation by Sir Roland Veylville of Beaumaris and Agnes Griffith of Beaumaris, to Roland Bulkeley, Esq. and Richard Bulkeley, his son, of two shops [shopas] in Beaumaris situated in the High Street and adjoining the house of the aforesaid Roland Bulkeley. Veylville is more commonly spelt Vielleville; he was for a time constable of Beaumaris castle; Agnes Griffith was his wife, daughter of Sir William Griffith of Penrhyn [the first] 20 June 1526
