  <dc:title>Release</dc:title>
<dc:description>Release by John Vaughan of Beaumaris to Sir Richard Bulkeley of a "banke and cloise of woadd and serubbye lande" adjoining a tenement of John Vaughan's in the parish of Llaniestyn called Tyddyn Murddyn Mawr [though it looks like Mavre], abutting on land already belonging to Sir Richard and other land belonging to Richard Hampton of Henllys. For some technical reason livery and possession was not perfected till 2 Sept.,1606, when the grant was confirmed by Henry, son and heir of J.V. [who signs with a very scholarly hand]. Some of the witnesses were named Manasses Whittingam, Arthur Whittingam, William Sidebothom, Jeffreye Newton, and Robert Shelmerdyne</dc:description>
