Lease, under the Statute of Uses by Thomas Boulton of Beaumaris to Richard [fourth] Viscount Bulkeley, upon Tyddyn y Paen late in the holding of Peter Ellis, yeoman, and William Griffith, gent., lying in the several parishes of Llangoed, Llaniestyn, and Penmon "or some one of them". Boulton must have been a descendant of the Richard Boulton who drew up so many deeds to Sir Richrd [the third]. Bond of obligation in £390. Preliminary to this came the assignment of a mortgage upon the premises - originally made on 28 Aug., 1704, to Thomas Roberts by Thomas Boulton - by Owen Roberts, executor of T.R.'s last will and testament, to Lord Bulkeley, for a consideration of £193.0.3.
