Indenture Indenture between Richard ap John ap William of Penmon, yeoman, and Henry Williams, of the same, gentleman; previous deed of mortgage cited (5 Decr., 1574), by which R. ap J. together with Richard ap Thomas ap John, made over to Henry Lewis [ap Rhydderch?] the close of Cae Hên in Penmon, five cottages and an orchard with a proviso for redemption at All Saints, 1580; by this present indenture there is a renewed consideration from Henry Williams; but the proviso for redemption remains as to date, but £40 must be paid either to Henry Lewis or to Henry Williams 3 October 1576
