  <dc:description>Indenture of exchange of lend between Sir Richard Bulkeley and William ap David ap Hugh   of Penmon, yeoman; Sir Richard's grant to W. ap D, consists of Tyddyn y Ty Hen, one parcel of land lying on the north-west side of Henry Wynn's new jouse [i.e., Henry Williams of Llangoed, one of the  many uncles of the first W.W. of Vaynol] and now in the tenure of William Griffith of Cichle, a close late in the tenure of Rynolde y gw?dd and several other parcels - all in the townships of Llangoed and Penmon; W. ap D. alienes to him Dryll y Bryn ger y Dolydd, Erw'r Mor, Y PRYSSE, Llan uwoh ben y Gored, Dryll dan Goed, Crypp y Wylfa, Erw Gefyrn, Helyglwyn, and others. On the dorse these latter are described as “lands in Penmon Parke"</dc:description>
