Series of indentures (referred to in three docts.) recording the transactions between Richard, third Lord Bulkeley and Robert his brother with a number of London gentlemen - financiers over the yearly rent of £20 issuing out of the Priory of Prestholme [Penmon or Ynys Seiriol?] and the parsonage of Llangwyllog ["Llangwillock alias Llangellock alias Llangwillog"]; dates of indentures range from 10 & 11 & 12 Oct., 1695, 12 & 13 July, 1698 to 7 July, 1699. One of the parties was the interesting character Dr William Cockburn, half-quack, half-physician, who figures in D.N.B., Vol.xi 1695-1699
