The consideration of £30 paid by W.G. was mainly "to be paid unto others in discharge of the Credit of the said Thomas", of which a full account is given on the dorse - £20.8.8. as debts due, £9.11.4. to Thomas. Of the £9.11.4., he immediately sent £3.6.8. upon a new gelding and 33/4 for & new cloak ["cloke"]. Thus, he had only £4.11.4. left 1576-1577
