Deed of lease by Thomas Bulkeley of Beaumaris to Thomas Hughes of Llysdulas upon Tyddyn Bettws y Gwynt and Marian Hir in Llanbedr [Goch] and Mathafarn Wion for 40 years at a yearly rent of £4, on condition that T.H. surrenders to T.B. (he had surrendered it by indenture of 22 January last past) a lease for years on Marian Hir which he had secured from Richard Bulkeley, esq., nephew of T.B. 7 February 1642-1643
