Lease and release by which John Burkinshaw of Arllwyd, co. Denbigh, Alice his wife, Edward Owen of Rhiwlas and Elen his wife, convey to Richard, fourth Lord Bulkeley, Tyddyn Iolyn alias Tyddyn y Benllech and otters in Llanfair Mathafarn Eitha, together with Tyddyn y Llwyn and others in Llanbedr [Goch]. Consideration, £500 altogether, of which £388 went to the Burkinshaws and £112 to the Owen’s. With these are some complicated transactions of 1670 between Foulk Salesbury of Gwytherin and Burkinshaw 1718-1719
