Documents incident to the leasing of a Jointure-portion (as widow of David ap Hoell ap Rees) by Jane Humphrey of Fegwyr to Sir Richard Bulkeley One lease dated 10 Novr., 1593, which placed the yearly rent payable as 40/-; a second [revised] lease of 16 April, 1594, which reduced it to 20/-; a bond of obligation in £200 of 23 Sept.,1594 by Jane Humphrey, to hand over all deeds and evidences concerning the Fagwyr lands; then followed a formal ratification (30 Sept.,1594) of the dower-leasing by the Anglesey sheriff, Richard Whyte of Friars by Llanfaes.
