  <dc:description>for "reliefs" after the death of principal tenants of the Lord Bishop of Bangor in Treffos, ranging in date from 6 Nov., 1535, to 29 June, 1663. They all relate to the same family - death of Elizabeth vch Thomas in 1579; death of William ap Ieuan, her son, in 1619; the death of Edward Rowlands in 1663 [Edward ap Rowland ap William ap Ieuan, whose [William's] mother was Elizabeth vch Thomas]. The first of all is the relief after the death of Thomas ap Gwilym, father of Elizabeth.
