Deed of lease to Owen ap Llywelyn ap Hoell of Llansadwrn, yeoman, upon Sir Richard's dairy house in that parish, and upon 24 kine and their profits, and a bull; 10 years at a yearly rent of £25; at the end of the term to deliver up an equal number of kine (together with a bull), equally good and profitable and "of the same kynde and breede"; Owen ap Llywelyn covenants and promises also to supply and serve Sir Richard at his mansion-house of Baron Hill with good, fresh, and sweet butter for the sum of 3/4 the gallon, each gallon to contain 7 wine-quarts and a pint 4 November 1578
