Indenture which arranges for a fine and recovery at Great Sessions as a result of which Trewyn and other messuages of Thomas [ap] Humphrey [Griffith] in the townships of Bodafon and Clorach will stand seised to Sir Richard Bulkeley for the use of Thomas Humphrey, Jane his wife, and their heirs lawfully begotten.
